Local Move:  A move that takes place within a 35 mile radius.  The charges are calculated on an hourly rate, based on the number of men required and the time taken to complete the move, including loading, unloading and travel time.

 Long Distance move:  A move that takes place over 35 miles is considered a long distance move.  The transportation charges would be calculated by means of a tariff rate.  Ferry charges, remote area surcharges, packing and unpacking are additional costs to be considered.  Transit cargo protection is available if required.  A free in-the-home estimate is recommended in order to establish the services desired and related costs.
